Sounds like they got it right by letter of the law, and it's probably exempt from judgement collection. Pretty messed up though.

The man is in jail for his crimes. What more do you want?
His scumbag enabling wife won't mind those PSU checks.

The PSU free-Jerry sociopaths are delighted over this (surprise).

I am not aware of anyone connected with the PSU community that is saying that Sandusky should be free. Where can we find these people?

Methinks you exaggerate. The man is in jail for his crimes.

Me thinks you are uninformed.

Spend some time on BWI. There's a very real Free Jerry movement growing with PSU fans. The man is in jail, but yet PSU truthers are actively lobbying for a new trail and stalking victims on social media (and real life).

If you wish to be another one of his advocates, be my guest.

And to answer your first question, I obviously don't want him pulling a state pension.

Poor widdle jerry.

The parties have already been indemnified and the pot isn't big enough to split.

Ol' Jer just got lucky on this one. Dottie will be making it rain at Jo-Ann Fabrics, or the Waffle House, or Eat'N Park. I'd think Matt would have claim to a portion, if he wanted.

Poor widdle jerry.

I've said nothing that indicates I would advocate for him being free. See how you exaggerate?

What? A handful of people on a chat-board are saying some pro-Sandusky things? Is that what you are telling us? I guess if this is true then there are a few kooks out there. There will be no real "movement" to free Sandusky. Again, you exaggerate.

But I get it. You MUST exaggerate in order to vindicate yourself in your own eyes.

Never underestimate the power of Public Employees Unions and their ironclad pension rights. Sandusky could have beheaded those kids and still be entitled to his pension.

It could be the beginnings of an attempt by Sandusky's lawyers to set up the groundwork for an appeal, but I doubt it.Considering his age and where he's at, it's likely he'd never see such an attempt come to fruition.
