Could you leave the rest as is and have it be largely accurate?

Who could have seen that coming?

The only real question is whether the systemic dysfunction of the Barren/Barbour Era (and, certainly, it wasn't just Barren/Barbour the individuals - it was/has been a complete institution-wide managerial mind set, not limited to affecting ICA.
