This guy is a really well prepared interviewer; the wings are a curveball but make it fun. The 'fake' Hot Ones, such as below, are the best.
I always enjoy it as they do their research to be well prepared and the format ensures candid answers. I do take issue with the Scoville units that they claim on the sauces. They‘re cooking the books a bit.
