Kinda reminds me of the mainstream medias reporting the last several years.
Alabama is a fraudulent sack of **** team and I mean this with all due disrespect.
I think the winner of this game definitely goes to the championship game.
If it winds up being Duke vs. Houston, the game is at least in San Antonio and so I would assume a nice crowd advantage for Houston.
Alabama with some really dumb mistakes on defense getting beat with back cuts and miscommunication on ball screens. Simply can’t do that vs a quality team.
Sherrell is really struggling in particular. I get the intent having him in the game. He can hit an open 3, which pulls Maluach out from under the rim on defense, but the flipside of that is that he’s slow footed and looks lost on defense himself. They’ve had no consistent answers in that first half.
Ft’s 6-4 in favor Duke. Amazing how a fairly called game looks like Duke is getting shafted after all the ref jobs they’ve received over the years.
I think that guy's just a troll, being saying some weird stuff about Duke all game long.
But I do think this has been a pretty well reffed game so far.
Bama not getting that favorable whistle tonight, like they did in all 3 games against Kentucky. Could still go nuclear from 3, we shall see. They cannot stop Duke otherwise
Duke's size is the problem. Bama has to hit 3's in the second half because their defense is giving up the easy 2s with their midget guards.
Flagg still pushing off with his off hand when he drives and spins, one of the announcers said something about it earlier. Oats needs to bring that to the refs attention or keep getting beat it. Alabamas all American is getting shut down for the most part, they couldn’t miss last game.
Everybody pushes off when they drive these days. Pettiford for Auburn was doing it all game long yesterday and it wasn't called once.
Bama isn't getting the bounces, and Duke has a size advantage. Nelson did a better job on Flagg in the first half than I had originally thought. If Duke takes care of the ball and keeps making their shots, Bama is in trouble barring some insane shooting performances.
At least we could say we beat the champs for what its worth.
Alabama is bad on defense. Houston, Duke, Michigan State, and even EwwTee have all figured out how to have success on both sides of the ball. We really need to work harder on our defense next year. I want to see a lot of focus going into this in the off season
