Scheyer is going to be a big time recruiter. He has all the Chicago ties and he’s impossible not to like
he's also going to be a great head coach someday .
Already is. He’s been the lead recruiter since Capel left, and even before that he had some high profile gets. Luke was his first big landing. You knew then he was going to be special.
His recruiting is one of the many reasons I’d love to see him in consideration as the next head coach.
Added bonus:If Scheyer becomes next head coach his mom may be attending more games. Sharp looking lady....OFC
He is a really good guy, comes across well, and he will definitely continue to climb the coaching ladder. OFC

I would not have a problem with that. There are several former players and coaches out there I would not have a problem with. In fact there are posters here that I would not have a problem with. I've been very impressed by their game day thread comments and their strategy. I truly believe we could have at least 3 or 4 more natty's if Coach K would have done what they suggested.
OFCKeep an eye out for the 2026 class. That will be Scheyer's first recruiting class as head coach at Duke.
I don't, my parents are going on ninety and appreciate all the time spent with them but don't want them coaching anything.
