make Schiano the HC and AD. The day-to-day administrative work can be done by assistant ADs; any MBA can do that work. Schiano would make the strategic decisions and take the lead in fund raising. The most important aspect of the AD’s job is success with the football program and Hobbs has been a miserable failure. The mere fact Hobbs fired the HC and OC without a plan in place exhibits enough incompetence right there to let him go.

Worked pretty darn well for Wisconsin. The thing is Schiano worked insane hours when he was here. Don’t know if there are enough hours in the day these days for both positions.

Or we could hire somebody like Butch. He'll get us wins and Hobbs will take care of everything else. Sounds like a better plan
