The last 2 scores for Andrews Robbinsville had in freshman and sophomore linebackers(2nd team) and defensive back.. Watch the film. Andrews is very improved but without #3 next year it may be tough
#1 will be a lot like #3 if he puts on some weight which he will. He is just a young sophomore. He has speed and a good arm. He just needs to keep working hard. Having said that I hate the coaching staff didn’t see the talent in #3 that I seen early last season. He was fast & strong and I wondered why they didn’t use him on offense. I honestly think if we would have used him all of this season we would have won 4 more games.

Well you'll be facing pretty much everyone but him and two others next year, and the majority still the year after. Our sophomore qb will be just as good if not better as he matures. Excuse it away all you want. The Cats just played well. Y'all have a great team, y'all won. Congratulations on the W.
By the way, I really like our coaching staff and what they are doing but Andrews has always been known for not using the talent they have in the correct position. It’s been that way for many years and it’s usually for reasons I will not get into on this forum

That 2020 team could be the Cats best in a long time, especially if they can get a couple potential impact players like Ellis to join up between now and then.
We need more kids to participate. Don’t know if it’s true but heard we had about 10 kids that had previously played that did not come out. But from what I hear it’s happening all over the country. I support kids either way but it sure would help a small school like Andrews if they did play

Yeah Murphy had a quartet of sophomore skill players who were starters on the 2017 undefeated JV team elect not to play this year (well actually one of the four was academics). One of them would've started in Murphy's secondary this year and another would've been good depth piece this year on both sides of the ball, both would've been starters next year and the other two good depth.

It just hurts a school like Andrews a lot more when it happens because they don't have the depth to cover for it. With that said Murphy is going to be thinner at the skill positions and secondary next year than they've been in a little while unless one or two of the aforementioned sophomores come back out next year.

Hoping Andrews get in the playoffs. I know I know, we don’t have a winning record. Everyone in the conference went last year but Andrews. I just want this group of boys to get a taste of the experience and that it motivates them to stick together and work even harder than they already have. Just looking ahead

Well if one of those your referring to was my son , I think he said he's gonna play next year,. Yes he has some of my speed, I don't force him to do anything he doesn't want to do, he may of just needed a break
