You can follow the updates on insidenu tweet.

The entire starting defense isn't scrimmaging. Two OL 'Mogus and Mertz" are not.

Walsh is also sitting out.

how on earth can Fitz make QB evaluations if the defense is 2nd and 3rd string- ergo - hopefully he's made up his mind so that when team gets back to E town they can concentrate on reps for Stanford

Fitz is using the scrimmage to let a lot of the younger guys show what they can do to help decide who will or will not redshirt.

Another 20 yard gain for Roberts. You might be right about him!!
I'm telling you that Roberts is burning his shirt and is going to see many reps. I may get a handslap from the program because I'm not suppose to say what I saw at practice last week, but I saw Roberts in 7 on 7 no pads, and he caught two flat passes....and nobody got a hand on him. You heard of the White Rabbit? Well, he is the Purple Rabbit. He has two speeds. Stop and Go. Red and Green. No yellow. As far as the BIG goes, nobody is on record as being faster within 40 yards. His 55 meter indoor of 6.42, 4 months ago, was among the top 22 times in all of High School sports, and he was one of the few who were duel sport. Plus, him being short allows him to be low to the ground and stop within a yard from after going full speed.

I will never doubt you again. Unless you are talking about Spanish pro basketball.

Well...if you can't move the ball even a bit against our 2nd and 3rd stringers, then you'll probably find yourself on the bench...

Alviti throws a duck and is picked off by Hall. I think that's enough for him to not start with the game only two weeks away.

Oliver always looks pretty decent, his only problem is on Saturday's. Just plays tight. But he has a lot of talent.

Oliver has played in 1 meaningful Saturday game. Not enough data to know if he plays tight or not. All he did in his other relief games was hand off.

I wouldn't write him off yet. I know everyone wants Thorson to be the guy, but I really don't know if he's ready, I hate to say. I mean, I want him to be but he honestly hasn't separated himself from the others as well.

Turk is clearly running interference for Fitz trying to shroud the week 1 starter in mystery. ;)

Turk you have be clamoring for Thorson to start since he stepped in the door and now you're flip flopping by saying he might not be ready. Pick a side.

wonder how many 2nd and 3rd stringers are playing on OL? OL looks to be playing pretty well today

I have assumed he would be the starter until a couple weeks ago, then disagreed with others [insert 99% of wildcat nation] who claim Thorson will start. One poster even name dropped McCall as a source. At the end of the day, I think he will start but not that he has separated himself from Alviti or Oliver...mostly starting by default. I think we all want Thorson to start, at least I would like for him to be the starter but it's called competition. And Green is the real deal as well and will earn a scholarship this year imo. He is better than Yates.

But I don't have a side. Whoever starts, starts.

Corey "Green" Acker has second TD.

Moten with a big run of 40 yards.

Yates in.

INT by Trae Williams pick 6 to end the scrimmage. Scrimmage over.

Senior loyalty I think Oliver will start with Thorson playing as well. Only knock when Oliver is in is why run zone read when we know he can't run!! I know for a fact most of the guys Fitz is asking want Thorson so we shall see but I see another two Qb system

Because there are regularly scheduled practices that are "good on good." These scrimmages don't really move the needle much at all.

Is this your attempt to make meaningful contributions to the board? You didn't even realize it was an open scrimmage two hours ago.

The act that was already old is becoming unbearable.

Huh? The QB conversation is only the biggest conversation on the board over the past two months. I'm not sure I get what you are talking about. Sorry.

If you don't like my imput then bud out or put me on ignore. I had to endure all of your comments blasting Prater as lazy and your ridiculous notion that Trevor himself cost us 3 games. Otherwise step in line with the rest of the fans who probably didn't mind that me and a few others decided to take a few minutes this morning and paste the twitter play by play from insidenu.

Nobody likes your input. They players on the actual team, in fact, laugh at you and claim you to be a detriment to the program.

Source: I'm friends with a lot of players on the current team

I understand that's a main conversation. I'm trying to point out the air of authority with which you deliver your opinions, like you've actually seen practices or have the latest information from the team. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

Ever thought that you "don't have a team here" because all of the stuff you say is ridiculous and nobody agrees with most of it?

PS -- you can keep trying to make up things I said, but repetition won't make them any more true.

That means you saw the team practice. It doesn't mean you have any idea what you're talking about.
