Im very sorry you're having so much trouble.. I know all too well what thats like, and I pray you get relief soon. I don't deserve it, but God has really blessed me this year. This has been my best allergy year in my lifetime so far.

Allergies are cumulative in the body, so reducing other stressors is huge. Lowering sugar consumption, getting sleep, reducing exposure to molds, decay, and petroleum products can help a lot. I also try to avoid cows milk and non-organic wheat at this time of year.

That's helped a lot over the years, but this year I've actually not been as diligent with avoiding these things as I should... the main thing that has changed is having a really really good water filtration system at home. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I'm just very thankful and hope you feel better. Allergies are miserable to deal with
My buddy recommended Allegra and I'm all cured for now!

sudafed IS one of the most effective medicines ever created, no doubt.

Unfortunately I can't take it. If I take the REAL sudafed (the stuff that works), I'm simultaneously fuzzy, and unable to sleep, AT ALL.

I won't get into my past with regard to stimulants, but nothing is as effective at keeping me awake for 36 straight hours as sudafed.

I’m currently undergoing allergy testing and was looking for something to distract me from my arm that’s itching like a mofo.

Daily Zyrtec isn’t cutting it anymore.

Have had bad seasonal allergies for a long time (40yrs). Actifed, Sudafed, etc... I have taken them all.

This thing works: https://navage.com/
but there are a few issues:

1. You have to buy the extra saline pods from the company unless you jury rigg the pods for reuse. Not done that and don't know how well that works.
2. Gotta clean it after every use
3. Have to get use to how it feels when using it. Kind of icky.

It really helps though.

Got the purmist as a gift and it did not help at all. Threw it away.

I definitely can't take it in the evening, and it has a substantial stimulant effect on me. I get jittery and a little on edge on it, but damn does it WORK to clear my sinuses. I have to use it sparingly.
