We at the point we can’t distinguish rioters without permits from a road blocked by law enforcement officers?
There are reports that he ran through gates/barricades/whatever you call them. It’s all social media, so y’know.

But, yeah. Don’t reach in and try to drag a guy out of his car. Usually a bad idea. I’m honestly surprised he got that far away.

WTF is wrong with people nowadays? First, only a person looking for a fight drives into a mass demonstration like that. Second, why did so many people attack the guy's car and try to pull him out of it? So much stupidity on display in one Tweet. And some 'leaders' are advocating disbanding police departments. Yeah, what could go wrong with that? Jesus, is no one capable of an intelligent thought? What happened in Minneapolis was reprehensible and all officers involved should be prosecuted as criminals. But, rampant destruction, assault, murder and looting is the proper answer? Disbanding police departments for the heinous few individuals who commit these acts is an overreaction so far that it's almost funny. Except if you happen to live in a community that disbands the PD. Not so funny then. Anyone with any means and half a brain will quickly realize that a city without a police department will be anarchy and will move away. It'll be like Escape From New York with a big wall all around the city and let chaos reign on the inside.

I have a friend that argued how it wasn't asinine to just disband the police without a concrete plan in place... "the first step is the hardest you don't need a concrete plan." Guess which side of the aisle he's on?

I'm at the point where I really wouldn't mind some of these cities forgoing police departments. Let NYC and LA and whoever else test that social experiment, to not have a police force when the entire country is extremely divided. Yeah, let's see how quickly that turns sour.

Then maybe they'll wake up and start respecting not only the law, but the humans that put on the uniform.

Let it happen.

The original video showed a lot more. It also didn't support the sjw description in this video, imo.

Only problem with that is then you’ll have even more of a flight of people who continuously vote for the policies that are causing issues to begin with. It would be better to keep those loons isolated in California rather than having them spread to Texas, Tennessee, Florida and other jurisdictions that are attractive solely because they’ve historically rejected some of the policies and politicians causing the issues.

I think twitter and Facebook are furiously deleting videos that don’t fit the narrative they want to promote.
Welcome to the “progressive” religion. Our society is being forced into the insane culture of the far left and controlled by identity politics and political correctness. It’s a modern day inquisition led by the mob. This is not going to end well.

I guess my hope is to that it would only a 2-3 month experiment before they come crawling back in need of Police help. But, that might be enough to force the left to move.

"WE HATE THE POLICE!"
".. Wait, they're gone? Let's move to Texas where it's safe"

They don’t seem to want rights for themselves but rather their beliefs imposed on everyone.

If insane policies such as abolition of police forces or other radical ideas were federally forced on states then Texas would opt out. They have their own power grid and an independent mindset. None of this will happen anytime soon and maybe not at all but there is an unlikely scenario.

Id happily join Texas in that fight. Wouldnt be the first time Kentuckians helped them gain their independence. Austin is a liberal cesspool anymore but the rest of the state seems to have things figured out pretty well.

Ole dandy andy is gonna find out fast that Kentucky doesn't take to liberals. Can't wait to vote him out. Hell, I'd move to texas in a heartbeat.
