I think we’ll be better than SC next year, but I’ll have to put us down at #3 at this point even with the success we’re having in the portal. We should be much closer to TN next year I would think though. We also add Alabama next year which makes our schedule much harde

I have no idea. I’ll go with #3 behind GA, TN at this point. Our schedule is very difficult next year.

I will believe beating Tennessee when I see it. Basically as soon as we see the Orange T on helmets coming out of the locker room we roll over and play dead. Or at least for the last 60 or 70 years or so.

Doesn’t UT have Bama every year? So if we both lose to them it’s a wash in terms of who finishes second. Don’t think UT will strike gold two years in a row against Bama especially on the road.

We are better than scar. That was one of the worst games I've ever seen UK play with just total lack of enthusiasm and we were still right there with them. I expect to right things next year.

If they take up where they left off no way we beat them in Columbia.
And they won't. They still aren't that good, not bad, better than we were last year. They lost to Florida 38-6 the week before UT. They didn't magically get better. They just figured out UTs gimmick.

Isn’t that the truth. Living down here is so hard. UT fans think they are Alabama but are only average. One fluke title in 100 years but they own UK and we have been better so many times. We barely squeezed by in 77 with our great team.

Off the top of my head, they lost Lloyd, a good RB, the TE who came from OU is going back, the big kid that looked like a TE but played some RB. On D their AA cb is going pro and I think Pickens is too. Rattler will decide what he is doing after bowl. Uf is having a tough day here on signing day, I think they will be looking at a tough year in 23, fighting Missoui and Carolina for 4th in the last year of the east.

If there is a such thing as a curse in sports, I believe UK vs. UT vols in football is about as close as it gets. For years on end, and even today in many cases, we are beat before the vols even get off the bus. Think about how many freak plays, phantom penalties, and other inexplicable twists and turns have gone against us and caused us to lose against the vols over the years, even in games where UK was supposedly favored to win.

Not sure how anyone can argue with those rankings. If Rattler comes back then that’s a tough game for us to win

At this point in time I will be very happy to finish 4th in the East. Tennessee is Tennessee and that is an L before they kick it off. Georgia will battle Tennessee for the East and South Carolina has a proven QB and it will be a miracle to beat them.

We have a long way to go to compete and a 3rd place finish would be a great season for us.

Well since they have lost like 1 game in 2 years and probably gonna win NC #2 in that time frame looks like the rest of college football are dwarves. In fact UK the last 2 years and Missouri this year have given them better games than their playoff opponents.

I know you posted this before the OSU game but did you not watch the Alabama national title game last year? Bama was up 5 with like 9 mins left before falling apart.

I'm gonna answer for u and say u didn't.

Georgia also gave its best in the playoffs while they sleptwalk through Missouri and Kentucky. It almost bit them at Missouri. UK game eas never in doubt.

Hard to know right now, but I hope we can be better than we were this season. There is no question that the schedule appears to be much tougher.

This has a similar chance of accuracy as a meteorologist predicting the weather two weeks in advance.
