Acting was a bit cheesier than usual, but a few funny digs at the obviously ludicrous nature of the current system.

"If you generate billions, why do you need my money?"....."That's billions for corporations, silly. The school's still gotta hustle."

"So if I give you my $40, that means I pay for a player that gets to play for the Bulldogs for 4 years?"...."Ehhhh, 60/40. 60% chance he stays. 40% change he hits the portal or his agent/dad blackmails you for more money 2 years later."

"A player can play at a different school every year?"....."Ah, so you've heard of TJ Finley in your time?"

"The SEC will always be teams like Georgia, Alabama, Auburn.."....."Missouri...yeah, it's all money-driven."

A bit goofy but captures how absurd the sport has become.

The novelty has sort of worn off on SEC Shorts.
Yes, not as funny as when it first came out. I think they still come up with 1 or 2 pretty good ones a year.

This one would not be good, except they pretty accurately highlight how absurd the modern game has become.

It's the first Short of the season. Give 'em time. They'll improve. The talent's there.
