No. I've used the SEC's overall body of work as arguments against them being dominant top-to-bottom.The SEC has dominated college football for decades and you use Arkansas and Florida as random arguments against. Yet they would dominate much of the BIG. Nobody here loves that the SEC is so much better than every other league year in and year out. That said, most people are just not dumb enough to look at a red stop sign and call it green. But there are obvious exceptions….
No. The SEC's ugly losses and ugly wins should all be judged fairly & unbiasedly.to B1G fans, an SEC "ugly" win is the same as a B1G team getting beat by a G5 or FCS team at home
very pathetic
I'm not going to play that game with you. If I pick one, you're going to whine & cry that I cherry-picked. I'm not going to let you weasel out of it.you'd like for me to literally list all of the divisions
I am saying all of them. all.
acc coastal, acc atlantic, sec east, sec west, entire big 12, pac12 south, pac12 north
you will not find another division that boasts as many G5 + FCS losses as the B1G west in 2022. they are all better & it is not even a discussion
You mean like us LOLCan’t wait for ou and TU face actual competition weakly
And yet your Nebraska has been getting DESTROYED for years in a conference that sucks. Hmmmmm. GO BIG RED !!!!! 3-9, 3-9, 3-9 .......to be even worse in 2022. In summary: the big Red is DEADpenn st is 2 games over .500 since 2019
sparty had 1 "good" season. same w mich
ohiost barely beat a team that lost at home to marshall
the B1G sucks regardless of division
Well, yeaAnd yet your Nebraska has been getting DESTROYED for years in a conference that sucks. Hmmmmm. GO BIG RED !!!!! 3-9, 3-9, 3-9 .......to be even worse in 2022. In summary: the big Red is DEAD
I just gave you the opportunity to continue your charade by allowing you to pick literally any division in P5 to somehow show - objectively - it’s not better than the B1G westI'm not going to play that game with you. If I pick one, you're going to whine & cry that I cherry-picked. I'm not going to let you weasel out of it.
Name ANY division that you think is better than the Big Ten. Name one.
Those championships that Clemson won could be attributed to ACC greatness.Folks on here trying to argue against the SECs greatness always look like complete buffoons. The height of idiocy.
Clemson titles vs Bama, UGA, LSU, Auburn, Florida.. Not sure why I engage with simpleton thinking. Google is your friend. I think the SEC has won 11 of the last 15 or 16 titles. SEC > everyone else. And water is wet. Those championships that Clemson won could be attributed to ACC greatness.
Having an undefeated team every year isn't the criteria for making a conference great top-to-bottom.Clemson titles vs Bama, UGA, LSU, Auburn, Florida.. Not sure why I engage with simpleton thinking. You have enough problems in the putrid B1G WestAll I know is I'm glad we don't have to play anyone from the SEC this year.
I can't imagine how lame it must be to be a Michigan fan when your greatest coach ever not only never won a title but was also totally fine with his players being raped.GO BLUE
For the record, I find fans of bad SEC teams who puff out their chests and chant, "SEC, SEC!" almost as pathetic as Big Ten bootlickers who haunt other teams' message boards 24/7/365.Having an undefeated team every year isn't the criteria for making a conference great top-to-bottom.
Focus. We're talking about top-to-bottom. And no, the SEC isn't special or dominant top-to-bottom.

Almost.
Lol. Is that supposed to be an argument against the SEC? 9 out of 16 teams in the playoff era championship game. 5 out of 8 champions. The earth is also round.Auburn and Florida have been irrelevant during the football playoff era. Alabama, Georgia, and LSU are the only teams from the SEC that made the playoffs.
So I ask you for the 100th time...name any division in all of college football that you think is better than the Big Ten. And I will take an in-depth look at it.now that the B1G's non-con season is over, here are the facts:
the big ten went 4-6 against its peer P5 conferences
of those 10 games, only 1 was against a ranked opponent (NU vs OU)
we know for sure the top of the B1G is a long way from competitive with the top of the other conferences
this record does not include mich or osu, neither of which played a P5 non-con game this year, so it's the middle and bottom of the B1G against the middle and bottom of the other P5 - a pretty good sample
4-6 is the 4th best winning percentage in P5, ahead of only the pac 12, which won 2 P5 non-con games. I will let you guess which conference both wins came against
none of the facts listed above will slow the propaganda roll of the B1G *** suckers, but it's important to note
here's the source

Other than Georgia...the SEC East has only 1 other team that was projected to be good in the preseason polls. Kentucky at #20. And nothing significant has happened to change that opinion.sec east
Other than Alabama (who came extremely close to losing at Texas)...what is there??sec west

Florida did beat Utah at home by 3...but they needed a 4th-quarter comeback and a fumble on the 2nd-to-last play of the game to beat South Florida (by 3, at home).
This isn't better top-to-bottom than the Big Ten.
How is Missouri faring in the SEC? Are they their Indiana? We probably would get better talent, which would make us at least respectable. I think that's what he means.
This is so pathetically underwhelming, even by your standardsOther than Georgia...the SEC East has only 1 other team that was projected to be good in the preseason polls. Kentucky at #20. And nothing significant has happened to change that opinion.

I'd rather return to the B12 that's on life support... Just me personally though. Culture.IMHO Nebraska would be welcomed into the SEC if they wanted to join
Totally pointlessKong and TellEm are hilarious. Free entertainment! Thanks guys, keep it up.
I think it would be a great move if it could be pulled off. It would probably be a lot easier if NU can get a couple winning years under its belt and a marquee coach. For the record, Missouri and A&M have both done at least as good or better in the SEC than Nebraska has in the Big 10 and when they all left the Big 12 NU was doing better than both.IMHO Nebraska would be welcomed into the SEC if they wanted to join
