Second-half thread for NU vs. Minnesota

Well, NU can't be too upset about being down 40-34 at the half. They withstood a virtuoso performance by Nate Mason (17 points on 6-8 shooting and six assists) and the Gophers' red-hot shooting from the outside (6-10 on 3s).

Offensively, NU got off to a good start but a period of three turnovers in four possessions allowed Minnesota to go on an 11-2 run and take the lead they haven't given up.

BMac has 11 points and Law 10 for NU. They need to find a solution for Mason -- he is torching that zone.

What is the solution? I’d put Gaines,Scottie,or Ash on him

The foul on Pardon was BS. Totally terrible call. They also goaltended in one of their outback’s. The reffing blows. We need to turn it up and beat these guys and the rape protector Richard Pitino

I hope Collins recruits a lights out shooter next year. This team would be so much better if it had a guy that could make shots.

Life has been so much better for me since I put him on ignore and no longer have to endure his Andy Kaufmanesque performance art routine. I know some people think he is genuine, but I don’t buy it. It is trolling.

Cats are showing some toughness on D. One of the biggest drawbacks of watching NU play vs Minny is having to watch Little Pitino prancing around the sideline. Worse than Chase Daniels’ Mom.

Wrassler is real. NU alum. Hard core fan. But he is crazy and def trolling. Have you seen his biceps?
