Nice way to settle down in the second half and get a solid win. A key win on the road to move forward towards the big goal. Go Cats!

Good win. Way to keep composure in a game that had its ups and downs and hold on to a late lead.

Classic Bardo in the postgame.

Down on NU (like always) after losses to Michigan St and Minnesota he says, "Win a few more and they'll be back in the mix."

Sorry Stephen, NU is already "in the mix". Those losses were to RPI #8 and #37 respectively. Now throw in a win over #44 Nebraska on the road (in addition to top 25 RPI WF & Dayton)? The 'Cats have a darn good resume.

I'm extremely encouraged by how well this team is performing considering the depth issues. Hope Tap is ok...

Just a massive second-half performance with a schedule of some winnable games coming up next. Hoping this is the start of a lengthy winning streak.

I liked Bardo's comments because they're not sugar-coated. He doesn't care how well ranked the teams we've lost to are. We NEED to play tough and win games. Today we won.

Well... the next 14 minutes will determine this season. If we can't beat a lower tier team like Nebraska, then I don't see this team winning enough games to make the post-season. Does this team actually believe they are good or not?
Not sure you can say they are lower tier this year. couple pretty good victories

Sugar free is fine. It'd just be nice for him to actually complement NU...perhaps after a hard fought road win? Instead he chooses to reference the Minny and MSU games to make a point on toughness.

Bardo is weird toward NU. Has been since he worked at ESPN. Maybe someone at NU snubbed him while he was at a reporter at CBS2?

That is why I have argued for a Wrassler containment thread. Who's with me?
I'm with you there. The "moderators" need to do something like maybe put in, how many times a poster can post in a set time. I realize that would be tough in a game thread but yesterdays overbearing crap during the Nebby game was definitely worse then what some have been given time-outs for.

Or one could just use the "ignore" feature. It's easy and you don't see any posts of the person on ignore. Problem solved. Is there a reason *not* to do that?

Probably not a good one, other then it might mess with the flow of ongoing game chat. Then again; likely wouldn't be missing much. Done.

Nebby is 80ish in Ken Pom. That's not bad at all. But yes, we really need to take care of these games because we don't have many shots at quality victories (top 25) left:

Indiana - 2x
Purdue - 2x
Wisconsin
