Softest team. We settle for jump shots. Frankly, I agree with some of the comments that CCC’s coaching is lacking. Never drive the ball to the hoop. How do they learn that temerity? You play as you practice.

Come on. There is plenty of blame to go around. You can kiss the NIT goodbye. This was a putrid loss to a really really bad team. Coach Collins needs to spend a summer in Durham talking to his mentor to figure out what the hell happened because this season was a travesty.

Grade schoolers and high schoolers do not commit that stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid foul. I have watched him "live" for 4 years and watched him do this stupid crap time and time again. We were up 6. We had a 75% chance that the kid misses that shot, but Gavin effs up.

This. Total collapse emotionally and lack of leadership and heart in the team to respond. They quit. No idea why, but the team just doesn't really care this year. Sad. Best I can figure, after achieving their ultimate goals last season, they couldn't find anything to rally around and aim for this season. Can't pound a rock that's already been broken.
