Well, you can't get off to a much better start than NU did tonight. They jumped out to an 18-1 lead by hitting eight of their first nine shots while the matchup zone completely perplexed the Badgers, who didn't get their first field goal until the 13:38 mark. But Wisconsin withstood the early blitz and kept chipping away, getting the lead down to single digits before NU went into the half leading 37-26.

NU shot 66.7 percent from the floor and have three players with 9 or more points: Law (9), Pardon (11) and Lindsey (10). They hit 4-7 3s, as Lindsey is 2-3. Law has 6 rebounds and McIntosh has 3 assists.

Happ had only 5 points and 1 rebound for Wisconsin, but Iverson has 9 and Ford came off the bench with 6.

Anyone have the number of Brad Davison’s coke dealer? Asking for a friend...of a friend.

We are terrible. We may win this game but it is embarrassing to absolutely get dominated on the boards and no offensive movement. We should attack, attack, attack. Lindsey plays like he is sleepwalking. McIntosh is careless with the ball. Falzon basically is a non-entity. Pardon is the only one who plays with fire. No one except McIntosh drives. We don’t shoot well and don’t drive to the basket. Recipe for disaster

Did you watch the start of the game? Offense looked crisp. They looked terrible when trying to preserve the lead. Football’s equivalent of prevent.

“Absolutely get dominated on the boards” = a 31-30 Wisconsin rebounding advantage...?
