so far the weatherman is 3-0 vs. these teams.....good luck to all as the season finallly resumes down east...as far that conf...all 3 have great history but I couldn't begin to guess of who's the best...............
Dogs I could care less who comes on top, I just hope you guys don't run into SWO again before we get to them. I know they won't beat yall the second time around. Everyone around these parts is chomping at the bit to get a hold of them. Please don't ruin it for us
LoL worry about your eagles making it that far young one. Respect the conversation, all of the teams above are your daddy. Plain and simple NE is overrated year after year after year. Next year after freshwater leaves we won't hear from you and your buddy there for years to come. Go and play young one
Will say Wrh looked great on offense last night . I know it was only Midway but the looked especially passing the ball. No turnovers either even playing in the rain.
If the dogs are not in Elizabeth City rd 3 we will be there in 4th. Y'all won't see SWO this year, unless it's on video.
Looks like Northeastern might be around awhile SWO_05. According to rivals they have J.R. Walker and Freshwater's brother coming back next year

He said the dogs will be in EC in the 3rd or 4th round and swo won’t. How can they come to EC in the 3rd or 4th round to play if we are out of playoffs since we are #1 seed and will be playing at home?? He said you guys won’t make it to EC. Reading is fundamental.
You are partially correct. NE will be one seed,so I expect WRH to go to NE or SWO in third round. If NE beats WRH in third rd,then SWO will go to Elizabeth City.
Yeah like North Davidson,Randelman,Kinston,South Granville,and of course our buddies over at East Duplin
Not sure how they give a team a number one seed when they would finish 5 or 6 in the ECC. LoL but we shall see. If WRH plays at NE you can bet the farm that WRH will roll.
Alot will be told about Clinton these next few weeks. ED is as good as advertised. WRH is getting better as the season move a foward, a ton of youth, but skillful. JK will be no pushover
Hey Doc, who are the 4 or 5 teams that would finish ahead of the Eagles in the ECC? Dogs 79, what do you think about the doctors statement in regards to where we would finish in the ECC. Oh,and Doc,just so you know,I will bet the farm, even though this isnt Vegas as you said in previous posts.
Haha, I'm with him right now. Yes we will close up for sure that day. He Dogs, how could we compete with you guys if we were the fifth or sixth best team in the ECC? I know you didn't say it but It just doesn't make sense. I mean I would think we would get blown out, isn't that the way you would see it.
I don't know anything about y'alls history, but last years team was championship caliber. Y'all just ran into 3 and 21. I really thought Walker, Freshwater and QB was 3 of the best players in state. I was talking to good friend from SWO,and SWO is up,we think Clinton,EB is up and ED, Northeastern and WRH a little down from last year. Going to be fun. I got to say, if My Dogs don't turnover the ball, they can win 2a again. Only your fans will know if y'all got that look. That look don't always win it, but NHS,ED, Reidsville had it last year. All that being said,it's wide open this year. Is there a reason why everyone overlooking South Columbus,EB,and Whiteville

Dogs, Northeastern will win the East. That game we played against Currituck 2 weeks ago is not something to judge our team on. We had six starters out for that game that's the only reason that Currituck took was able to hang. We will have both Freshwater and Baum back for the playoffs and that will be huge. It makes me laugh when everyone says how down we are this year compared to last year. We have not fallen off much if any. Our qb play as of late has been really good, and unlike last yr our qb can run, and run really good. I find it amusing when people from down south try and say we've fallen off when they haven't even seen us play. It doesn't matter now because the playoffs are approaching and Northeastern will put to rest all the talk about them being over rated. I no im not alone when I say I can't wait for SWO or any team from down south to get their chance at these over hyped Eagles. We will get the last laugh. You know as a team Dad, I would know these things. So until then I'll keep pounding my chest and over hyping my Eagles against all our inferior opponents in our weak conference.
