is it one side of bracket

Which way is it going to be, i saw it the 2nd version i listed on this message board site. And i was it the 1st version i listed as correct way on carolinapreps, and on carolinavarsity.com predicitons.

The second version is what the NCHSAA office provided to me. It is designed to TRY and keep teams from the same conference meeting until the third round IF the higher seeded teams all win. Of course that will not happen. There will be "upsets" from a seeding standpoint and geography may place teams from the same conference in different regions.

Thanks wtxy i saw u say it was the other way on previous thread but didnt know u actually got ur info from nchsaa. Just wanted to make sure because everyone else thinks its the other way on the other 2 websites but admitted they didnt really know for sure to confirm. Thanks!
