Yep. Is it a once a week thing or do they all drop at the same time? Loved season 1.

Been waiting 3 years. It's the best show out there. I was worried they weren't going to actually follow through with continuing it.

S2 Ep.1 was good, better than most Season openers (which are usually too heavy on the review etc.)

I think this is the best show since The Leftovers, which I consider to be the best TV show of all time.

Season 2 hasn't been that good, yet. They're just dragging it out. They could have combined the first 2 episodes and been better off.

Holy Sh*t. 😲 😲 😲

************************ SPOILERS*************************** (skip if you haven't watched yet)

Helly's twin's head was the only one that was cocked (proof that it's been her Outie all season, which most folks suspected anyway)

ORTBO = ROBOT

It's clear that Mark S. is a descendent of Dieter. IOW - Helly is now pregnant.

Easter Egg - Irving’s file is MONTAUK which, if you’re familiar with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, is clearly a nod to that movie, since it deals with similar themes. I wouidnt be surprised if that movie wasn’t the inspiration for Severance.

I think I need to go back and watch season 1 again. I feel like I'm missing stuff.

Best show on TV right now and the first show to truly captivate me since Better Call Saul. I absolutely loved the last scene in episode 3, how they kind of wove in Eminence Front with the normal Severance score for a few seconds right at the end before dropping it as a credit song.

Very glad they didn't draw out Mark's decision to be reintegrated and just got right to it. That scene could have easily have been the final scene of a season in a show with lesser writing.

Okay, I'm a little confused with respect to Helena's interaction with Mark Scout at the Chinese restaurant.

Her Outtie would have vivid memories of Mark, and already know that he has awareness of her and what has gone down. Why was she so coy. Unless I have the flow-chart incorrect.

I’m starting to need a fan site recap. Long form articles mentioning Easter eggs, nuance, and outright recaps. Anyone found something like this?

Cutting off and eating Irving's left "melon" ear was an homage to Vincent Van Gogh, who was only fully understood/appreciated once he was "dead" IMO. (shortly after that, Dylan saw the corporate "art"/slogan and had an epiphany. (the note hidden behind it)

When Mark Scout/Mark S. fully reintegrate, and find out what they've done to his wife, well... He's going to go scorched earth I would imagine.
Not sure he’s going to be healthy enough to do anything. Homie is looking rough.

Of all the episodes of the show, that was definitely one of them. I understand story/world-building, but that was a bit of a letdown, to me. Well-acted, I suppose.

I’m trying real hard to understand and enjoy this show. For some reason it’s just not hitting home. I was willing to bail on this one at least 5 episodes ago. GF insisted we keep going, thinking it will improve. Still waiting!

Just push through. It's worth it.

Devour feculence.
It means, eat sh*t Mr. Drummond

I am manager of the severed floor, which means TWO things:

First, I'm owed a measure of respect, even by my superiors.

Second, and more obvious, that said floor comprises the whole of my jurisdiction.

To put that "MONOSYLLABICALLY", It's not my fault what Mark Scout does when he is not at work. It's YOURS...

Episode 9 was sublime.

My two cents.

Petey was involved in grooming Mark for Lumon

We haven't seen the last of Irving. Just my theory, but I think Irving, at one time, was assassin Burt's "handler"

Cobel is Helena's illegitimate mother, and Mark S. is Helena's half-brother.

Also, how did Mark's sister know that "if he walked out that door, he'd just walk right back in again"? She's never experienced severance, OR HAS SHE?

Lumon, I have a feeling, is going to wish Mark Scout and Helly HAD taken the easy way at the end.

It was probably their last chance at minimizing the already considerable damage and then re-grouping.

Burning questions:

Will "The Doctor" ever find true love now?

How are you going to keep the goat ranchers "down on the farm", now that they've discovered the big city? (and how strong they are)

Will Choreography and Merriment keep the band together?

Can Seth Milchick remove a Sousaphone from his own ***?

Will Dylan get to keep all of those dislodged new and upgraded "snacks" from the vending machine?

How long before Irving circles back, and eliminates Burt?

Do you (or the writers) have any idea how loud a marching band would be in that room? Like incapacitatingly loud

Helly’s little smirk towards Gemma was perfect. Makes you wonder.

LOL - I was thinking the same thing. 🤣

The Sousaphones and drum line ALONE would cause irreparable hearing loss.

It would be Deep Purple circa 1971 loud. 🤣🤣🤣

One of the most enjoyable aspects of this show, are the absurd, mid-century, and out of touch employee motivational tactics. LOL
