Sounds like Davd Cutcliffe and the Duke Blue Devils...Smart move if he goes that route...can't get a better QB guru...Louisville plays Duke this coming season in Papa John's...

Yet Towles's brother Benny said his brother wasn't going to any SEC schools. Just drop this rumor its been proven wrong. Dawson however is possible but not likely. I'd rather have Dawson because having 3 OC in 3 YEARS can be a program killer.
If you're wondering how I know Benny he sits next to me in my Marketing Class. We do nothing in there but talk about UK stuff.

I never missed a play of a UK football or basketball game while at UK, no matter the weather or whether it was a blowout, either way. Which makes me wonder if fans like you and I are so involved in it that we neglect our classes how in the world do the players that have a LOT more at stake manage to concentrate enough to pass their courses? I really wondered about that while I was at UK.

And oh, by the way, what you learn in that class might be more important to you in the future than how well the team does. Must really be neat to have someone to talk to with your friend's knowledge though, Towles leaving is really a bummer to me, I think he could have turned it around here also, so it must really hurt for you guys. I hope he shows up his critics on here.

If Towles goes to Fuke I will have to pull for him anyway, especially against Transfer U, not sure if they play next year or not. Duke doesn't seem to have a big problem at QB, per the depth chart above two seniors graduate and one was listed as the starter BUT their soph RS has seen a lot of action the past two years, 6' 4" and 215# so good size.

Some of his stats, looks like he saw a lot of action:

in 2015 234 for 390, 60%, 2462 yards, 15 TDs to 6 interceptions, QB rating 122.6, 143 rushes for 648 yards.:

Duke is not the school that was mentioned to me. Might be a good fit with Cutcliffemwho develops QB's, but think of a school with a horrendous offense that needs help on that side of the ball in the ACC.

I'm guessing that Vandy, South Carolina, Missouri and possibly Bama would be interested in Towles.....

Florida should be.
