The Shelby team that barely lost to KM is a really good team. The Shelby team that lost like this to Crest tonight, is not scary. I just don't know how to process this.
Watch out for Shelby. They will end up having stingy defense by playoffs. People going to wonder how a game like this could happen.
Reidsville lost to East surry few years ago like 54-48 and still ended year with really good defense

Documentary was a horrible idea. We have no heart this year. We play like a glorified 7-7 team. We can't tackle, and our line sucks on both sides. Let's not talk about our linebackers and secondary. I'm past concerned at this point.
Our coach is doing a terrible job. Somebody has to say it. No way anyone believes Coach Ware would have lost this game.
The offense has been fine, in my opinion, and it’s going to be hell to deal with vs 2A defenses. But, Shelby’s defense is just pitiful, period. I don’t think they can “two platoon” like years past. Play the best athletes! I felt that the starting receivers should have played more in the secondary last night, especially on Crest’s last drive. Everyone in the stadium knew they were going to Green.

Congrats to the Charger players for never giving up. Shelby up 23 to 0 and just could not put the final nail in the coffin. I don't see how but hopefully our kids can over come this tough tough loss and move on. Good luck to Crest the rest of the season.
Shelby’s conference is too weak to improve any. Hibriten next week, then we are on cruise control in the conference, till the Burns game.
Swag I don’t know about that. Those new helmets are awesome. Every time Green streaked down the field the helmets caught my eye.
That field is beautiful and our coach was boisterous in the locker room after the game.
We were all beating our chess after the game even after beating another terrible team.
Did you enjoy the crushing of Crest? The bad thing is the next few years look pretty stinking good around the way. We’ll take some lumps this year but sooner or later we grow up and then hell breaks loose.

What a game. There was no defense except in spots but what a game. We’re so lucky. We got it so good football wise in Cleveland County. It’s not like this in many places anymore.
I had a difficult time falling asleep. It was gut wrenching right down until the last play.
Respect to Shelby. I’d never count them out.
I never slept. He might as well been Freddy Krueger to me last night. His final td, I could have fallen to the canvas in slow motion like Sylvester Stallone did in those Rocky movies. I saw it happening, before it happened. I just knew it. I think we all did. Once he caught it, and put a move on the tiny Safety, I headed for the stands. Caught Shelby’s final drive from the hill, outside the stadium.
