I was responding to posters calling her 18-19.

Apparently she was Moore’s administrative assistant. In that case that’s a big no-no. That doesn’t square with ESPN saying that “HR was aware.” No way HR would okay this.
That's not how Michigan HR works.

When they became aware is highly relevant. If they didn't act immediately, big problem. It sure is convenient that the firing happened after signing day.
What I took from ESPN was that HR had been aware of the relationship for a good spell, and that something had happened in the last week that blew things up. But if she was his administrative assistant, no way HR would be okay with this.

Her work environment has to be untenable right now. I cannot imagine that she is going to continue to work there. If she files a lawsuit, this will get real messy, real fast. She will expose everyone who knew, or should have known. If it was hot and heavy, she (or he) may have shared it with others who may have buried it because of the scope of the potential scandal. Michigan is likely already working behind the scenes to pay her off.

OSU had their own Dr. problem. Even made an HBO documentary about it. Just as bad--if not worse--than UM's Dr. All three were on a much larger scale than Sandusky.

This has the potential to get SO much worse. The staffer can really go after them. When you are in a subordinate position it is often assumed that you had no choice but to go along with a relationship just by definition. That is why there are policies against this. She can really make life difficult for the university if she chooses to. So can the police, and governing authorities like the NCAA (wait... the NCAA is not a governing authority anymore, how foolish of me). This audacity of the outlaw nature of this program is amazing, they give mid-80s Oklahoma and Miami a run for their money. Meanwhile, their arrogant **** alums are only concerned about getting a high profile coach. No shame.
They deserve Urban. He'd be a match made in Michigan.

It's been speculated for a lot longer than that. I have UM friends who were talking about it early in the season. The woman involved wasn't a 19 year old, she's a 31 year old staffer that Moore promoted to an Executive Assistant job in his office. She just deleted all of her social media.
Gotcha...ya it had been evolving minute by minute yesterday so apologies for me feeding into the speculation myself. I did hear on XM radio on my drive home last night about there was some awareness of this which begs the question why did not act sooner?

I’m just as guilty of posting without knowing all the facts. We’ll hash it out.

This isn't your Father's CFB.... Prollegiate football fortunes can change on a dime and largely swing on $$$, but not just $$$, also the quality of the decisions associated with spending large sums of $$$ (but no doubt $$$ is the primary limiting factor as it is the limiting resource and there is very little room for error in your decisions - Colorado and Indiana being case-studies in how divergent a teams fortunes can go in this brave new world..... Colorado bankrupt, bleeding $$$ and very limited in what they can do going forward..... Indiana the opposite making CFB Playoff both years since bringing on Cignetti. ).
So corporation or non profit? hmmmm

I am confused by the name “Biff”. Is it a legitimate first name or a nickname and does it have a meaning? Just curious tic.

Is this legit? Not seeing it anywhere else yet.

Underwood leaving would open the floodgates, he was the staple to any recruiting success they've had recently.
I question it because the portal isn't open so he couldn't have entered it. All other tweets like this say "intends on"or "plans to"

Open the flood gates!
I love it that Michigan will finally get some well-earned self-inflicted punishment on their part.

I am sad that Moore has so terribly ruined his career and his life, no pun intended. A long hard fall from grace for him. Morals must play a part in the success of any man or woman.
