Per Pete Thamel on espn.com, there is no indication that DeBoer is interested in the um head coaching job.
Well, there was no indication he wanted the Penn State job either but alas………..
Oh wait. He’s probably not going there either.

Is Taylor Lewan serious? Awfully ballsie to say Michigan should call Matt Campbell and lure him there. What has college football become??

Having listened to Matt Campbell's comments at his introductory PC, it's quite doubtful that this man of integrity and values (who believes in "standing for something bigger than yourself"... and if you believe in nothing, you will stand for anything, but if you truly believe in something, you will stand on principle) wants anything to do with scUM or meatchicken-men like Lewan.

The "Michigan men" have no scruples. It is a result of having no consequences for their cheating and nefarious actions. Unapologetic The height of arrogance.

Let's not forget why Floyd Carr was fired "for cause" either.... that place has been one scumbag after another at coach - which tends to breed scumbag players.

I agree with you that Michigan has hired a bunch of scumbag coaches, but I thought Lloyd Carr resigned. Wasn't it his predecessor, Gary Moeller, who was fired "for cause" after a drunken outburst at a restaurant and assault of a police officer?

Technically Moeller resigned but was going to be justly fired for that mess. And you're right, Carr wasn't fired.

I get that but there is a spiritual side of his fall and yes there are consequences for our actions, and he will deal with that for the rest of his life.

Then there is the punishment and torment that his family is going through. I hope somehow someway he gets his life turned around. He's certainly done with football at this level and maybe at any level. It will probably be a long crawl out of the pit for him assuming he ever gets out.

All that and I still hate Michigan.

Interesting how both Michigan and Notre Dame are both in the limelight now for all the wrong reasons.

Yes that was it. Carr was annoying but a straight up guy.

Hearing is live on tv now . SM getting released with an ankle monitor . In white scrubs really pathetic as one would expect . 25k bond .
The victim broke up with him on Monday. Wednesday she turned over evidence to the university substantiating the affair. Then the rest of the event went down.
He could be facing up to five years in prison
