I like football too but I just haven't been able to get into the spring leagues. I've turned them on but just not interested.

Yeah, I see where i worded my post incorrectly. I like football to the point where I'll watch all those lower tier bowls, so spring ball is still good with me.

I didn't mean to imply that if you didn't watch spring ball, you didnt like football.

I will tune in. I may have it on in the background, but I'll tune in.

Are you Canadian? 🙂
The field of course is 110 yards long by 65 yards wide (US is 100 yards by 53 1/3 yards wide). 20 yard end zones (reduced from 25 yards some years ago). The Canadian game IMO is faster-paced the the US version, with only 3 downs and no fair catches (kicking team must give the receiver a 5-yard "halo"). My favourite is the rouge - a kickoff or missed field goal saling through the end zone gives the kicking team a single point. Adds a little bit a of variety to the game. At least the NFL eventually added the two-point PAT option.

Canadian football team names are better than ours. Tiger-cats, Argonauts, Alouettes, RoughRiders, Blue Bombers, RedBlacks? I wanna party with those cowboys!

I feel like I could enjoy watching Canadian football if it weren't for the 3 downs. That just drives me crazy.
