These guys were good. They beat Maryland, Purdue, MSU, PSU and Northwestern.
Mag’s injury hurt. And they just seemed to figure out how to play without him in the last few games. They seemed to be playing well again. Last week, I was ready to pick them to win a game or two on my bracket because I really did feel like they got their mojo back.
It was just too little too late
But they were good. And then they stumbled but it seemed like they were good again.
I really hope they don’t mess around with the standings next year and finish in the middle of the conference. Stop playing with the bubble and just get in and show how good a program you have been for the past few years.
