In preparations for the Wake Forest game, what did he know and when did he know it ?

Was he given leaked defensive play calls?
Defensive alignments and assignments?
Blitz packages?
Defensive signals?

If he's found guilty of cheating, should he forfeit the Heisman?

Aren't Heisman candidates and winners held to an higher ethical standard?

The Heisman committee and NCAA should review this latest UofL scandal.

Also what if he didn't know that the staff were cheating?why should he be punished because his coaching staff are idiots?

You better believe Loserville took the info dude was sharing. An investigation or maybe a interview with the dirty coach will reveal the teams and coaches who used this information.

I don't even think you punish him for it if he knew. He didn't receive or seek out the information. It was simply provided to him by coaches and if you're an 18-19 year old kid you're just going to trust your coaches and would have an extremely hard time turning them in, especially if you're on a Heisman run. If there was proof that this was every game then I'd say yes, but this was one game and I am not going to put that on the young man. However, they do need to do an investigation and see how involved UL was and what they received for this. Could have stopped at the offensive coordinator, but I highly doubt that considering that Petrino is calling most of the plays.

I agree! The kid is a good football player and an excellent athlete. Let it go, it only makes us look bad and jealous. Never do or say anything to hurt the kid, unless he does something wrong. It's the scumbag coaches, and AD that is the problem. A complete lack of morals at UofL, starting at the top.

Did you even read the article? It was a Wake Forest guy giving information to their opponents not UofL going out and stealing it from other schools.

Why did the GOP need info in the Dems for the 72 election? Nixon was a shoo in for reelection but didn't make Watergate any less wrong.

This is why Jurich gets a free pass from UofL fans; they can justify anything.

I'm not justifying it. I'm asking why any coaching staff would bother with that against lowly Wake? They did it and Petrino is a notorious scumbag. I'm just saying why should someone even be tempted to compromise themselves for a team that is terrible.

L Jackson was the best player in college Football this year. His wearing of a ul uniform makes him no less deserving of the trophy than the other men who've won the award.
