Should the lefts narrative journalism have the same legal protections as

actual journalism? If they don't bother to check sources that might spoil their narrative like with the UVA fictional rape or the Ferguson fictional narrative. I think the frat at least a clear media company and reporter who lied, it gets more dicey with Ferguson where many media organizations collaborated in that lie. Should they have protections in those cases?

Protection from a libel suit? Hell no -- the only defense against a charge of libel is truth, and Rolling Stone has admitted the story was false. Not only that but the reporter(s) who made up the story and the editor(s) who passed it for publication should be in the unemployment line, like yesterday. And if they worked almost anywhere else they would be -- I don't know why Rolling Stone is coddling them.

used to read Rolling Stone all the time.....but they are just like LD now.....can't trust them
