Do you actually believe the crap you post, or do you simply take a perverse pleasure from agitating people? Or both?
It’s true.. most entertaining the wnba has been a part of. Betting on dildos has exceeded regular wnba betting.

That's one way of proving the title of this thread is true..
How some go out of their way to harass the women playing sports is sick, even sicker is knowing some people enjoy seeing what those sickos do..
Enjoy your fun, but know Women's Basketball is gaining in popularity and those unwilling to accept that :
can sit on "it" > if you catch my drift 😁

The sex toy nonsense is lame but WNBA may be one of the least entertaining leagues of them all despite the never ending hype to try to manufacture interest. The games are unwatchable. The professional chase tag league on ESPN Ocho is better.

Ok you don't like women's basketball. That is fine. There are lots of sports I don't like. One is auto racing. Don't get it, don't care to get it. But I do respect it. I don't denigrate it.

If I don't like a sport, I do not assume that it's the sport's fault.

Women’s college basketball is 100X better quality than WNBA. If the WNBA league/teams/deep-pockets didn’t constantly try to push WNBA it would die a quick death. Hyped attendance yet half the league averages 10K or less. The WNBA is not alone just look at NWSL and PWHL. I don’t like auto-racing either but look at their attendance numbers. I’m not anti-WNBA I’m just not buying the idea that women’s basketball is going to one day reach NBA levels like some of these jokers talk about on ESPN.

These numbers?

1996 and 2022

  • Daytona International Speedway: ~200,000 (2006) → ~100,000 (2022)
  • Charlotte Motor Speedway: ~180,000 → ~100,000
  • Indianapolis Motor Speedway: ~250,000 → ~60,000
  • Talladega Superspeedway: ~170,000 → ~80,000
  • Michigan International Speedway: ~150,000 → ~50,000
  • Dover Motor Speedway: ~140,000 → ~60,000
When Gordon, Earnhardt, and Stewart all retired in a short period of time, they lost big personalities that current drivers can't match. I don't think people care about the make of the car anymore because they're all the same so the sport has a lot less to promote

As a season ticket holder for an NWSL team and viewer of the WNBA, don't find this to be true. You may just be in an area where folks don't care for the sport. On the West Coast, my friends and I enjoy the women's game. They play better from a fundamentals standpoint and have competitive fire. Also, not as many prima donna personalities to deal with. It may not be for you or select other parts of the country but it does well on the West Coast. Also, most of the NBA and MLS is borderline unwatchable with the flopping, drama queen injuries, and iso ball approach to the game that it get boring fast.

a quick google check makes those claiming failure wrong.
But there are always those that think women belong in a certain place and sports ( except for sports showing scantly clad women) is not the place for them.
What a google search found:
>Public support for college women's basketball is significantly increasing, driven by higher viewership and attendance for the NCAA tournaments, particularly in the last few years, and the growing popularity of star players like Caitlin Clark. In response to this trend, the NCAA is making efforts to ensure financial equity with the men's game, including adopting the "March Madness" brand for the women's tournament and creating new performance-based financial reward funds for conferences.

Key Indicators of Public Support
  • Increased Viewership:
Viewership for the women's NCAA tournament has broken records, with major games drawing millions of viewers.
  • High Fan Interest:
A large percentage of general and avid sports fans expressed plans to watch the women's tournament in recent years, with a significant increase in those numbers compared to previous years.

  • Record Ticket Sales:
Host sites for the tournament have seen high ticket sales for their rounds. <

PLL is in a lot better shape than the WNBA. never mind most every pro soccer league across the globe. I do get a kick out of Angel Reece's lowlights though. Pretty funny.

Agree some of the bricks she throws up are pretty funny. Follow brickscenter on Instagram for lots of WNBA lowlights.

lol and her mebounds.. I don't know how anyone can watch it and say it's a good product.
The name and concept of the "mebound" is rather brilliant and hilarious. I wonder who thought of it. Maybe a Catholic school girl from the Baltimore suburbs!

I'm glad women have more opportunities in athletics than back in the day, and they have taken advantage of them. I can't say I'm interested in the WNBA, but I don't really follow any pro sports much any more...

Actually, someone was mocking her and she, being not very bright, is trying to make it her catchphrase.

She's really bad at basketball. That is the most entertaining part of it all. People want to watch and pay to see people do things they can't. It's why people pay to see good movies, music, various sports. After being on a court a number of times with two wNBA all stars and seeing them get absolutely roasted by desk jockeys, it's pretty obvious we aren't seeing anything special.

Women are really good at other sports. Those pro women tennis players as an example would destroy most guys that play at a country club. The stuff the women gymnasts do, maybe not compared to men gymnasts, but to most everyone else is incredible. Basketball? It's just not it. The rim is too high and women aren't athletic enough to make it interesting compared to men.
