Says the side effects last a day, if that. How long does covid last?

For comparison Levothyroxine for thyroid issues is the most prescribed drug in the US

The more common side effects of levothyroxine can include:

If these effects are mild, they may go away within a few days or a couple of weeks

Or atvorastatin aka lipitor:

Side effects of atorvastatin include:

To me its either keep living like this or not. I'm willing to take it. I get ppls hesitancy but its my decision just the same

Please if you are a conspiracy theory believer do not get a vaccine. That's less time me and my loved ones have to wait. We will nominate you posthumously for the Darwin Award. I will even make sure The Paddock hears about you heroism against the man.

As @UKBrassowTipIN says above. There are potential side effects of all therapies which is what a vaccine is. Many people who refuse to take this are popping 3 or 4 Rx's a day that they don't understand and have no clue what they do their body but they're going to be an idiot about this vaccine because it has become a political topic.

Vaccine's cause an immune response. Anytime you are sick you will get 2 symptoms, the symptoms from the virus or bacterial infection and the symptoms from the immune response. This vaccine if it works will cause the symptoms from the immune response. That's a good thing.

As long as it's tested on Congress a couple months before it's offered to me, I'll gladly take it.
Congress is going to be just like the general population. Some of them will refuse because the vaccine has become political. Which congress people will you trust?

Me as well, but many need marching orders from their favorite political team in order to decide how to live their lives.
I don't trust either side and don't wanna be a guinea pig either.

My MD told me he'll approach these vaccines like any other: after a year to 18 months, after observing its safe usage in much broader population groups, he'll then consider taking it and not before.

I'm not an anti-vaxxer in general. "New" vaccines? Yes. And that's irrespective of which political party is ostensibly in control.

I’d go for one of the traditional ones when they’re available. Anybody that wants to be a pioneer of a vaccine that edits your RNA is braver or dumber than me. They have no idea what the long term impacts can be and the fact that it was rushed through doesn’t inspire confidence. They are exciting advances and might be the future of medicine but I am definitely not first in line to find out.

My youngest daughter got autoimmune encephalitis from vaccines and it has destroyed her life. She will never be able live a productive, enjoyable life and will live with me and my wife the rest of our lives.

My family has already given up enough for the “greater good.” No thanks for this vaccine or pretty much any.

So most of the front line workers take it but it’s not good enough for you. Ok then

I’ll take it. You can sit at home and continue to ***** about why **** is shut down.
I work with many nurses that aren’t taking the first round. Wait and see approach. If all they are doing is making us sick with the virus I think I’ll wait until I get the virus to do that

The mRNA vaccines weren't rushed. It's just that they have a much shorter timeframe to develop:

The mRNA's don't edit you at all.

100,000 people have taken them in trials, so nurses can't be in first round. That already happened. The scientists have been watching those folks for months now.

Just going by what I’ve read:

Like other vaccines, mRNA vaccines work by training the immune system to recognize a threat like a virus and begin producing antibodies to protect itself. But while traditional vaccines often use inactivated doses of the organisms that cause disease, mRNA vaccines are designed to make the body produce those proteins itself. Messenger RNA—a molecule that contains instructions for cells to make protein—is injected into cells. In the case of COVID-19, mRNA vaccines provide instructions for cells to start producing the “spike” protein of the new coronavirus, the protein that helps the virus get into cells. On its own, the spike protein isn’t harmful. But it triggers the immune system to begin a defensive response. As Bill Gates, who has supported companies like Moderna and BioNTech through the Gates Foundation, has described it, “you essentially turn your body into its own manufacturing unit.”

I'm very sorry to hear of your daughter's condition. How do you know it was caused by vaccines?

I buy my meth from family members; so if I stop, it hurts the family. That's one of many reasons why they continue to encourage my usage.

So take your condolences and shove 'em up your @ss.

We watched it completely change her as a person almost immediately and through dozens of doctor appointments with dozens of doctors, this was the consensus.

Most childhood vaccines actually list autoimmune encephalitis as a possible side effect on the label. Of course we didn’t know this or weren’t told/shown this beforehand.

There is some evidence that taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) with the vaccine lessens the side effects.

At any rate this is an easy decision for me. I'm in the high risk group due to age, so the probability of any adverse side effects is much less than the probability of contracting Covid which DOES have many ongoing side effects some of which are severe including death.

Did you sue?

I read about a family getting a 101 million dollar settlement from an MMR reaction.

link

Once we found out what it was, we were out of the narrow time frame given by VAERS (where you report the injury).

Over $4 Billion dollars has been awarded by the US government to vaccine injured people. All vaccine makers are not liable due to an act passed in 1986, so you actually have to sue the US government to receive any compensation. Those courts don’t side with the injured very often as the supreme court has deemed vaccines “unavoidably unsafe” in the past.

I have done extensive research over the last 6 years (since the injury) and unless I am faced with a virus or illness like the plague, I’ll never take another vaccine. It’ll be vitamin d, vitamin c, zinc, and other immune system support for me and my family.
