7A will be interesting. ESL looked good, MC beat Loyola, Batavia is the defending champ. I would say Simeon can contend.

I haven't seen any 6A schools, but I would imagine it will be more difficult than 5A and Phillips didn't quite separate themselves from the 5A schools last year other than other CPL teams.

7A will be interesting. ESL looked good, MC beat Loyola, Batavia is the defending champ. I would say Simeon can contend.

Teams without a passing game will struggle with Phillips defense in 6A. Run dominate teams need to prep. Phillips defense willmhabe to carry them in 6A if offense plays like they did today. No run game+ predictable pass game ( forcing to Alabama recruit)+ no XP kicker = doom

Teams that throw cause Philips some problems. Though just ask the crazy guy over there, no one plays better press man than Philips

It was me. I saw a Victor J Andrew fan in the stands and approached him. Told em that I see that T-bolt on his hat and that I remember 1998. Then I hit em with a Stone Cold Stunner and blamed the whole mele on some kids from Rauner when security showed up. Told security, "Look, I'm from the burbs and I saw the whole thing."

Simeon is always very good then chokes in round 2 or 3 of the playoffs by a small margin.Love to see them go all the way sometime but probably will lose early on again this year
