how the House Democrats had this all lined up. Knew exactly whom to bring in and tell them just what they wanted to hear,even thought it was ALL third party and hearsay. Wonder who lined up that list for them.
Even more amazing is that they did NOT allow one witness to testify that the Repubs wanted....not one.
Now we can get ready for the Senate to get their shot and the MSM and Dems onslaught about how the Senate trial is soooooooo unfair.

They were not GOP witnesses. They had to clear the Shiff secret bunker interview like all the other witnesses.

Exactly, how about all the witnesses who the WH told to ignore their subpoenas or requests to testify? How about all the documents, texts, emails, etc. that the WH wouldn't turn over? quit crying.

You actually think that the Dems thought that Trump was going to allow them to testify? I think you are smarter than that.
Just to be clear....I do think that Trump wanted something from Ukaine.......I just don't think it rises to the level of impeachment and it would not have if the Repubs had the House.

There are usually consequences for ignoring subpoenas and there may be for the small handed one. Rule of law still exists despite Repubs desire to let Trump run wild. What's actually amazing is how many in the admin were in on this drug deal, all just to try to get Trump re-elected and try to rewrite 2016 history. See what Trump has done to you all? Led you right down into the sewer with him and now you got the same stink as him.

They were called in to testify before the agreement to allow GOP witnesses. Just give up moron.

Hey country explain what part of the "whistleblower" statute allows any whistleblower to remain anonymous during an impeachment inquiry? Why couldn't Republicans call him without Schiff knowing who it was?

Also, how many witnesses during Clinton's "official" inquiry did Republicans deny Democrats from calling?

In the intel community, it's good to have folks who are fluent in other languages, know how different cultures think and react. Why wouldn't you want people who are born in other countries. The vetting process is pretty tough in that community as well. It's not like they are plucking untested randoms.

I've dealt with the intel side of stuff some, but I haven't done the embassy or state department stuff.

Your comment is factually correct. So not disputing that. Not all of them are unloyal to our country. However I could post numerous DOJ press releases of numerous State Department employees over the years being convicted for espionage but you can research that if you want. Bigger picture issue would be to look at all the foreign aid that has been issued over the years and take a deep dive into where that money really ended up. Know what I mean ?
