Has it only been Wisconsin, Iowa once, and Northwestern first time win the division?

Yes, Wisconsin three times, Iowa once, and Northwestern this year.

Here's a strange trivia fact: The first Big 10 CG was Michigan St. vs Wisconsin. Every subsequent CG has involved at least one of those two teams, until this year.

Both were in opposite divisions Michigan St was in the Legends and Wisky was in the Leaders.
