The ski resort is the only privately owned one on the east coast. Pretty cool little place to ski, I was there after all the snow a few weeks back.

I used to own a property at Timberline. I'm still waiting on the golf course they were going to build.

LOL!! So did my neighbor. His wife is the skier, he grew up in Florida and loves to golf. Her friends talked him into it.. They thought it would be perfect compromise. They're now looking at property in New Mexico.

I have been been skiing Colorado for the past 15 years and have east coasters praising the conditions even when there poor by our standards. I am going up to Breckenridge tomorrow they are getting snow tonight should be a powder day. I would like to go back east and try one of the resorts its been 17 years since i have experience east coast snow and kinda forgotten what its like
