The Monday after Easter is Dyngus Day a traditional Polish "holiday" which celebrates the conclusion of Lent and welcomes springtime.

Buffalo, NY, has a big Dyngus Day celebration with a parade, polka dancing and lots of squirt guns and ***** willows.

Traditionally, the women get their turn on Easter Tuesday.
