The medical experts testified yesterday no one told them to slow down testing. I believe their testimony. No doubt in my mind Trump wants to slow down the testing as this rise in cases and continued deaths reflects horrendous on him and all his actions and it will affect his reelection campaign negatively. But when he said it the other night, it was yet another lie he tells whenever he opens his mouth. It is despicable to say something like that but there is evidence that testing hasn't slowed down.

The public needs to know when the President lies and what is the truth that affects their livelihood.

One of the perplexing things about Trump is his lying. If he didn’t ask his administrators to slow down testing, why did he lie and say he did? I just chalk it up to his mental illness.

He lies. That is what he does. Nothing he says can be trusted to be the truth in any circumstance. Very much like his followers.

I think it's just a sound bite. It sounds good. all part of his messaging. Whether it's true or not is of no importance to him.
