You know. Being 36 I am probably being hit with more of the noticing age physically. I’m in good shape but the energy isn’t there like it used to be. I have said this a thousand times but I can definitely feel a midlife crisis coming on. After I turned 30 years old I blinked and 6 years went by. When you are in your 20s you have a lot of life possibilities floating around in your head but as you approach 40 you realize a lot of the possibilities are becoming limited either physically or professionally.

A E trumps A
B Barely know what I'm doing with what I have
C not applicable ATM
D I'm just now getting comfortable with being bald
E Winner
F I'm 44 but my vitals are the same or better than when I was 20. (more aches and pains but, meh)

Write in that beats all: Lose my introvertedness.

Good job, healthy and hot wife....

2 inches no question and I’d be insufferable at home with the wife, at the gym and when I’m back around my buddies.

I’m 44 and a recovering introvert.

Any pro tips to make the 44 yo body act like the 20 yo version?

Weirdly enough... I have CP so I walk around on fore arm crutches. I think the muscle spasticity, and all the extra work it takes to get around, is a built in exercise regimen. I eat pure crap yet stay trim and my numbers are good. Joints will start going to **** before too long though.

Tips on the recovering introvert part? (Actually making some strides there the last 5 or 6 months)

I do not eat that well and I am definitely not trim. 5’9”, 210 is getting past dad bod.

Keep chipping away at your comfort zone basically. If the CP affects your speech very much then any advice I have to give might not be so helpful. What’s helped me a lot is getting used to being in front of people. Over the years that has been speaking, teaching, acting, etc.

That doesn’t mean I’m good at those things. Doing them still produces some anxiety. But it gives confidence that in the end, if I’m not freaking out, everything will be fine.

Nah speech is fine (bit of a defness accent).. Whats really bizarre is speaking in front of crowds doesn't bother me, I almost enjoy it. Its the more the networking, social gatherings, meeting new people that I suck at.

I'd take the 20 year old body for sure. 3 back surgeries and other issues makes this an easy answer.

Actually I just meant "20 year old vital signs", not whole body but the poll is obviously just a measure of what people value so whatever is fine.

I’m pretty satisfied with the size of my unit but it’s really my only option. Nothing else applies except the vitals. If we are talking pulse, o2, bp, cholesterol, then meh. If we are talking body fat and muscle tone? Then I’ll change my answer. Otherwise I’ve now got a 21 inch penis.

Vitals, heart, back, all great but I'd love to have my 20 y/o knees. After two patella tendon ruptures (both knees), I'd love them to feel completely normal again.

I'm 36 and feel like I'm going to be Conrad Dobler by the time I'm an old man. Would forego more than 100k to not have to consistently do strengthening/stretching exercises or ice them and use eczema cream on the scars. They'll never be the same, even the heat and sweat makes the 10 inch scars itch like the dickens.

I chose "wife 2 points higher".

I think she looks good, but she is having a tough time dealing with aging and not looking 25 any more (that was almost 3 decades ago). If she is happy, I am usually happy. So, I figure that extra 2 points would go a long ways. The kicker was the "permanent" part of the option. That means when she's 75, she's going to feel even better about herself, and it will get better and better every year. I figure the benefits will end up growing exponentially.

Thank you for your honesty. Does she read this board?

2" subtracted, just to give everyone else a chance.

More serious response... Does the raise and promotion imply more responsibility and general BS? If so, the lump sum cash spent on something stupid might be better.

You're in for a real treat when you hit 40, 45.

He wants to see it.

I mean I’ll show it to you. It’s not like it hasn’t already been immortalized in pics and video on the inter-webs.

That’s a product of dating lunatics.

That being said, my unit of measurement might not exactly be accurate. I’d say there’s about a 70% margin of error.

I’m taking 20 y/o body. Not my fault you left a loophole.

Main reason is flexibility and sports. I miss playing full speed full contact.

Can’t complain about much at 49 but could definitely use better joints and tendons.
