Slugger is my moms uncle....and you are very correct...he would have LOVED to see this team.
Have known Danny since 1979. Was a dear friend and our families tailgated at many games. I really miss him and as stated above he would love this group. He and I talked about the 96 team often. At least he is watching from Heaven.

Yeah Danny and I grew up across the street from each other in lively shively. It was the late 60s early 70s.
I was wondering why I havent seen him post in a while and its really saddening the world lost him half a year ago. He helped make this board fun and you can tell he was a good man that loved the cats. He will be and already is missed!
