I'm real interested to see how Swain fares against Pisgah this week considering the disaster that was last season. I finally got to watch the full Smoky game and can say they got a bunch more spunk about them this season already. Swain has some nice athletes and some size as well. They did however commit several costly errors (like 10 bad snaps, some fumbles) but basically shut out Smoky if it wasn't for several penalties going Smoky's way on their only scoring drive. They are young from what I understand, starting several sophomores on both sides, so hopefully they can keep cool and put up a good fight.

Pisgah played Ashevilles tails off in their scrimmage and Asheville just beat a top 3a team in East Rutherford, I don’t think Pisgah is bad I just think Heritage is that much better, which was honestly surprising after losing 14 players to graduation and our head coach.

Thanks for the insight, I'm just hoping for a competitive game tbh. Swain has Franklin after Pisgah then Mountain Heritage after that. We will definitely see where Swain stands by conference time, hopefully they are healthy through it all.
