I teach outside of Nashville and my school district has 13 snow days built into the schedule. We can miss 13 days for snow without having to make up anything...best idea any school district ever had. Of course, the other side of that is that if we don't miss 13 days for snow, we just go extra days. Ain't that some ish? Who said teachers have it easy? [winking]
