High of 11 degrees here today in Beavercreek, OH. Wind chill was below zero this morning.
Yeah, thought so, “Rising Sun” flipped a switch. Maryland’s Mount Airy is three turns from where I am.
Hang in Retsio… I will be in Naples end of February thru March… Lely Resort… can’t wait

We are slated to have a high of 73 in Naples tomorrow. I hope you kept one Penn State jacket for trying times like these. I’ll be wearing mine in the morning when I’m off to work!
Go north a few miles on 97 and once you get into Howard County it’s about double and the yes over in mt airy it’s even a bit more
Snow, ****. Enough in Pittsburgh we drove out to the airport yesterday for a flight to Belize.
Got up at 4:00 am for the 6:00 am flight and shuttled to the airport. Boarded, sat with our thumbs out asses for a long time, de-boarded. Sat, boarded again, pulled out and sat for two hours with our thumbs our asses waiting to de-ice. De-iced. Missed our Houston connection by 75 minutes.
Now sitting at a bar, getting a buzz on, watching Detroit vs LA Rams waiting to board again to just head back home and lick our wounds.
What’s an even bigger bummer than missing this short trip is sitting at a bar, watching a great game and everyone else has their noses 6 inches deep in their phones.
WTF happens to this country? We used to not even discuss 4 inches of snow, that was a dusting. We didn’t sit in bars looking at our phones all day long either.

I saw a video showing cars trying to navigate a blizzard. It said it's that time of year when we pay two of our favorite games. 1) Where's the effing road? 2) What effing lane am I in?
As a follow up, district just called a snow day for tomorrow.
I hate winter anymore. If you put my *** in Naples tomorrow and did not bring me back till April 1… sign me up
I've done that, over Cresson Mt. in the 80's and in April. Ughh.

I'm pretty sure there are no direct flights from Pittsburgh to Belize City. United is one of the better options, and they have a stop in Houston as part of the trip.
United. The Pittsburgh airport has been working on more routes, now up to 60 plus destinations. Taking my sticks… playing Lely and Twin Eagles golf courses. I actually will be at the bowl game
Both great courses. I live two communities down the road from Twin Eagles. It has been a little dry these past two months, but all of the courses seem to be in great shape.
It’s 4 degrees with the wind at my house right now… can’t stand it anymore! 18 holes at Lely and a Stella at the Sam Snead Lounge is what I need!
I hate the 1" snowfalls every other day. Same amount of salt and slop on the road as a 12" storm.
Sold the company in '04, but lived in Naples for 22 years for health, so far too many operations but still here.
Low temp ever - 41F and high was 93F - summer time humidity can be hard to get used to. Live at Twin Eagles now - great community, quiet and pristine, one course was planned and upgraded by Nicklaus - Over the years, played probably all the courses, but overrun now with too many 'visitors'. Still writing and have one business plan available.
Penn State chapter luncheons - Jan. 20, Feb. 19, Mar 23, Apr. 15 at Bentley Village. Kraft's mother lives here and he visits, BOT Pres and VP both live here in season and attend luncheons. Russ Rose is a regular visitor every year. You would be surprised at the 'trophy homes' and who has private jets parked at Naples airport.

Howdy neighbor, I’m in Esplanade. Contemplated moving to twin eagles about a year ago, but I’m still working and don’t quite have enough time to play as much golf as I would like. Hopefully that changes in a few years. Summers are rough for us full timers, no doubt about it.
