So what are we ranked these days?

They're actually 8th in the conference at #45, ahead of #46 MD, #49 Rutgers and #55 IU.
They did beat 11-2 Virginia Tech by 20 on the road, and they've played as tough a schedule in conference as we have thus far, though they're catching up on games due to their covid issues.
PSU plays better basketball than NU. People chalking up Saturday's game as a W for NU better be prepared for a battle.
We've played the #1 toughest schedule in the country according to KenPom, which is kinda wild considering our first 2 games were against the teams ranked 352 and 356 out of 357 D1 teams.
Our 6-game losing streak has come against the teams ranked 3rd (twice), 4th, 8th, 10th and 17th.
So while I think a lot of the criticisms on the board about how our team has played recently are valid, our results lately have been expected. We're simply getting beat by teams that are better. And we have a ton of Tier A games left. We're probably good enough to steal 2 or 3 but we kinda are what we are, a decent team that's getting devoured by the best league in the country.
