Now that Stoops has stated he's going to be more involved with the D and more less admitted he's taking over defensive play calling?
So What DovUou Expect To See?

Ok first and foremost, anyone who actually believe Stoops hasn't been calling the shots on D is very naive.
Secondly I expect UK to beat the living tar out of this team and bring up the hope and expectations among fans that this team may have indeed turned a corner...only to revert back to their old selves the following week. That is UK football.

With all of the recent scrutiny, I expect the Wildcats to play better tomorrow, much better. We will make some big plays in our mistakes will be disguised by a week opponent.

If it is indeed true that Stoops has let Eliott have the reigns this whole time:
-I expect the defense to play with more emotion and fire. To be more aggressive and to be put in a position to succeed. That's the way Stoops' defenses have been elsewhere.
-I don't expect to give Eliott the reigns back. If Stoops let him have control for over 3 full yrs and things have never gone well, then I would expect him to be fired or permanently demoted.
-Finally, if Eliott did have full control this whole time why in the $&@!? has Stoops not taken over before?! We've gone 5-7 the last 2 yrs.....with massive collapses.....where making a bowl game could've paid huge dividends in fan support, recruiting, player confidence, etc. Again why in the $&@! has he waited till now?!

They have two game film now on all of the DLinemen, they should know who to play and will perform.
If it is indeed 35-24 then we are as bad as anyone here thinks we are.If we can't put 45+ on the board we should probably call off the rest of the season. We should give up less than 4 TD's,if we fail to do either of those two things we are Joker bad

Can't say that I disagree with you. Have not seen much of Pringle but can't be worse that Elam. That is still not a good front 7 and I am afraid the results would be much the same
But that's a manageable one with a 4-3 set up. I saw enough from Pringle to know that he is better than Elam and I don't even think it's really close. Numerous time he got up under the offensive line and moved the LOS back. Middleton beat his guy one on one numerous times for stops at or behind the LOS. He reminds me a lot of Cory Johnson.
I saw some things I liked from Middleton. Depth will kill us all season on that fron D line though. We need to slow down on recruiting D backs and skill positions and get some lineman
