Whyyyyyyyyyyy??? I dont even care really, but why out of state. Take a guy from Benet, Nazareth, or Montini. They just did an out of state guy and it blew up in their face. I'm more fascinated by the ineptitude of this hiring process then who they acutally hire.

I agree. Its February and very few players lifting weights! Getting a team together and building team equity is important. The process they go through is comical.

They have had mixed results with out of state coaches. Greg Purnell did an excellent job in his tenure. Lepsche not so much in his one year at the helm

Good call, forgot Purnell was an out of state guy. I just dont understand what the delay is. In state/ out of state doesnt exactly mean good/bad coach. Neither does coaching at a catholic school in the chicagoland area.

No they move slow. Doing their homework would involve work, they have a long process they doesn't work well. By the time a coach is hired it will be spring break. Again, they need to get the kids working together. Coach meets kids in late March or April? Not good.
