True that, but at least she’s producing. A million is probably a bargain, for all the positive press the program and players create. Bonus, she has high standards and expectations and in the public is not a prima dona douche.

She earns every penny. She’s probably underpaid. But the enterprise itself doesn’t justify the pay, even if you view the enterprise as all of OU athletics.

She gets paid big bucks to put together the best team money can buy..

This year's OU softball team was basically the equivalent of the '27 Yankees...and probably the best team in the history of NCAA softball (including the great UCLA teams and the Arizona team with Jenny Finch).
