Saw Brands giving the yapping motion with his hands to Ramos at the end of the match. While Tony certainly isnt a choir boy, I do wish TnT had better relationships with former Hawk wrestlers. Its just odd at this point how they need to be enemies with everyone.

Good matchups in semis tomorrow. See if Williams and Bailey get rest and are fresh in the morning. Arnold looks good at 74, looks a little bigger than his opponents which is different. Ludington and Novak in the morning.

See what he can do the rest of the year. He has competed very little since his junior year in high school. Sealy or Garvin would be better, but are long shots. Didn’t Garvins have some riff with Iowa? I don’t think it would take much to get Anthony back to IC and wrestling with his brother. At least he’s a hard worker.
Ludington looks raw, but you can see the potential. Not going to be too upset if he gets majored by the #7 guy in the country tomorrow, but an upset would brighten up this years salute. I do like that you can actually hear the advice from the corners. If you watch any of the videos posted this year of TnT working on specific things with guys, you will notice them reinforcing some the stuff they were teaching when the guys got in those situations. You never get that in a duel, especially at Carver.

You’re assuming they don’t have a decent relationship. Just because I talk **** to a buddy during a game or at work doesn’t mean I don’t like or respect them. Hell that’s half the fun.

I absolutely love and appreciate Chief as a poster, and I understand fully that he's more of an insider than me and 99% of the posters here, but I also have a hard time believing that he's an expert specifically on the inner workings of the relationship between the Brands bros and Ramos. Or even more generally the relationship between the Brands bros and any of our alums who don't stick around, when we can all very publicly and plainly see that those are toxic and that there's no love lost
Or he's being a bit defensive when we're really just having a little fun.
