Welcome 2023 WBB guard Sole Williams to the Cards! A 5-9 guard out of Cincinnati.

Princeton High School (Cincinnati, OH)l junior Sole Williams, a 5-foot-9- guard, announced via Twitter Friday afternoon she has committed to play college basketball at the University of Louisville.

Williams could be a candidate for next year's affair based on her current credentials. Princeton's coach Davis is also a former McDonald's All-American as are former Vikings Kelsey Mitchell and Darius Bazley.

It would be almost easier to list who didn't offer Williams as most Power Five schools sought her services. Her offers numbered around 40.

Williams was the top scorer in the Greater Miami Conference this past season at 23.2 points per game and was the league Player of the Year for GMC Coach of the Year Dee Davis. The Vikings finished the season 23-4 before losing to Mount Notre Dame March 1 in a Division I regional semifinal.

In addition to her scoring, she was first in the GMC in assists per game (3.8) while third in shooting percentage (53%) and steals (3.6 per game).

Her video looked really good she is very smooth and fluid she can hit the open shot and if it is not there she can create a really good pick up.

Different views on how tall she actually is, and I'll go with 5'9", since she's still in high school and might still be growing.
