I thought you had been around longer than that. I used to support UL basketball - then jurich hired pitino. No more. I used to support UL football. Then jurich re-hired petrino. No more. jurich also accused Coach Strong of being less than forthcoming. Jilted AD's say that. It is not new. In the case of petrino at Jacksonville, UL, Georgia, Arkansas the duplicity was well documented. If Alabama hired anyone anything like pitino or petrino I would abandon them too - and I have been going to Alabama games a lot longer than I have UL (although, I did see my very first UL football game in Tuscaloosa). I think it was 1977.

What I have taught my children is absolutely none of your business. But maybe I failed because one of them is an attorney.

I don't do criminal law, so no. I don't work on a contingent fee basis, so no. And, since my clients typically aren't the ones to have done whatever supposedly was done, they just insure them, then they are never "guilty" in any sense and they would fire me if I advised them to litigate when liability was fairly certain. So no. And if someone came to me for representation and I learned they had lied professionally and personally over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over . . . No. Life's too short.

As in claiming to be a UofL fan in a former life and now hating all things UofL (Jurich, Pitino, Petrino) because they hurt your little feelings about whom they decided to hire without consulting you. If he has stopped supporting Louisville basketball & football b/c he disagrees with the hires, then I say good for him for sticking to his guns. Lots of UK fans hated Cal, now they love him, and we make fun of them for that. It's America, people can think what they want, cool, whatever. In the end, it's just sports, aka the sandbox/toybox of life. For my part I'm having a blast watching this Louisville team and can't wait to watch the game this Saturday.
