No doubt OU is losing some talent from recruiting de-commitments, transfers and the NFL, but I believe there are players on the roster.....many of them....that have not yet made a name for themselves, but will with a new head coach and his staff that will develop them better, motivate them better, teach them better and toughen them up.
I can't see this scenario NOT happening.
I also believe Riley's exit has come at the perfect time as OU preps itself for the SEC competition in the not-too-distant future.
Riley's absence should be considered "addition by subtraction".
I see OU playing much better next season than it would have had Riley continued his half-a$$ed coaching, that he's taken to the land of fruits and nuts.
