Just want to see improvement and I believe overall I will. Cats had a meltdown for four minutes that threw a cloud over a great thirty six minute effort at Texas. So Im counting on we are just four minutes away from a pretty good college basketball team.

If we lose a game, get past it and start another win streak. This is Kentucky and I can’t bring myself to pick anyone else. Guess I’ll be unreasonable, LOL. GO BIG BLUE!

Also with all the injuries it might benefit Kentucky if they can get 2 games at the SEC tourney to get Jax and butler into the flow of things again
No win is assured in the SEC tourney with this team. We’ve got to go one game at a time and try to be more physical and play better defense. Without Butler at 90% or better, it’s a crapshoot.

I'm completely supportive of Pope. He is doing his level best to make this team competitive without the main starters.
In my view, I would let some of the guys like Perry and Noah, even Chandler to get shots up. Those guys can all shoot. Let them. IMO help from those guys making some shots would open up guys like O and Brea open for a drive down the lane or a 3 point attempt.

Pope know his limitations currently, I don't know how we can't try to rely on players who can make some shots. I don't think the competition will focus on those guys.
Given the injuries, playing Noah and Perry makes sense. I’m not exactly sure why ANYONE would want Chandler to “get shots up”. Dude is shooting 25% from the floor and 15% from 3. He’s unplayable.

Thanks for calling Chandler out.

He must have read your post before he came in the game tonight.

LOL!

Players like Butler and Robinson if they are back in time could use those games to shake off rust vs the weaker of SEC teams in this deep conference.

We are in 8th place now. Ole Miss is in 7th place with games left at Vandy, at Auburn and at Florida. Miss St is in 9th and has the easiest schedule with games against Oklahoma, LSU, Texas and Arkansas. We have a chance to get Wednesday off.

I'm just gonna say it this way, where seeding in the SEC and NCAA tournament is concerned, because there is ONLY one thing that matters, and that's for our team to get as healthy as we can be and get everyone back so we go into the NCAA tournament with everyone. And if not everyone ... then everyone that is left , BECAUSE :
